An HVAC maintenance plan is a regularly scheduled service agreement designed to keep your heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently. At AirAce, our plans include annual multi-point inspections and cleanings for both your heating and cooling equipment. This proactive care ensures safe operating conditions, maximizes energy efficiency, and catches minor wear-and-tear before it turns into an expensive emergency

If you purchase a maintenance plan, you will be more likely to get an annual tune-up for your HVAC system. The technician will be able to change dirty filters and spot other problems that are impacting your home comfort system’s efficiency. Keeping your heating and cooling system maintained helps it work more affordably.

Hiring a qualified HVAC technician to inspect your system a few times per year means you can identify issues while they are still small and easy to fix. This means small problems don’t cause big damage to your home comfort system that requires a costly repair.

First, you should decide how much of the routine maintenance you are willing to perform. If you have the time and skills to do the necessary Fall and Spring Tune-ups on your heating and cooling system and your system is under warranty, you can do the recommended maintenance and skip an HVAC Maintenance Plan altogether.

All three plans include the same thorough full system inspection and cleaning. The difference is how often we visit and how much you save on everything else.

Basic — $24 / month. One maintenance visit per year, full system inspection and cleaning, with diagnostic and service call fees at regular price.

Elite — $32 / month. Two visits per year (heating and cooling) and 50% off diagnostic and service call fees, plus everything in Basic and: priority scheduling, 20% off repair parts and labor, 15% off refrigerant recharge, free HVAC filter replacement, humidifier / dehumidifier maintenance, annual duct inspection and minor sealing, and the plan is transferable if you move.

Ultimate — $40 / month. Everything in Elite, with diagnostic and service call fees FREE and 24/7 emergency service.

We offer three flexible ways to pay for any of our comfort plans:

Monthly — recurring payments, for low, easy-to-manage monthly installments.

Bi-Annual — split into two convenient payments per year.

Yearly — one simple annual payment for full-year coverage.
