Service beyond expectation. AirAce came to the house the same day that we called to report our furnace had stopped working. This was on a Sunday evening. Beth and Joel at AirAce are absolutely fantastic. They came out for our maintenance plan and realized we had a bigger issue than we thought with our A/C. They got us installed next day with a full new HVAC system, which was a life saver given how hot it was, and was going to continue to be. They were helpful and walked me through step by step on what the changes were and how it would impact everything over all. It was a big job and they were done faster than I anticipated. The best service business I’ve dealt with since moving to Peoria.  Beth & Joel were  knowledgeable, thorough and kind enough to tolerate listening to an old lady sharing too much information with a smile on their face. I’d give an extra star if I could. Air Ace has always done well for us. They helped to take care of a warranty last year, and they finished a job this year, which required singling out a unique part.
