About two months ago we had Air Ace install a Daikin whole house split system heating and Air Conditioning system. It isn’t typically the system that Joel installs but we had done some research on the product and we asked him about it he in turn did some research and together we decided that this was the right system for our house. We could not be happier with the system. It is quiet and appears to be very efficient. So efficient that we have found we do not have to run all of the system most of the time even when temperatures have reached over 90. We have received an energy bill and figure that we are running this system for approximately $1 a day. We did not previously have whole house air conditioning so we ran window air conditioning units very sparingly. And with that usage saw a huge jump in our electric bill. Of course we haven’t run the heater and expect it to be more expensive because we will be running the system continuously but if it works as well as the air we will be extremely happy.
But the main reason that I am writing the review is because of the service we have received. We gave the job to Joel because he was willing to look out of the box at a product that he wasn’t as familiar with and honestly had only installed additions to systems not a whole house system. These systems are fairly new and Daikin brand is certainly not a strong player in the US but has been used in Europe for decades. Not every professional will do this they will sell you what they carry and that is the end of the discussion. And of course he was competitive in his price. So he took on this project with us… he was honest, timely, professional and added more to the job than originally thought necessary still staying within his original estimate. This is very rare I have worked with contractors and other professionals many times and I have rarely had someone that finished the job in a timely fashion, over delivered and did not add to their estimate in the process. We highly recommend Joel for any heating and air conditioning job that you have.

I highly recommend him and his business. The cost of installing a new unit was very reasonable, too! I have a very nice cooled house now!
